2. What is PDW Europe?

PDW Europe is a subsidiary sales arm of the PDW Group. PDW Europe is a wholesale wheel seller, servicing the whole of Europe’s wheel sellers. We work solely with wheel resellers and do not provide a direct to retail service.

3. How do I become a PDW wheel authorised dealer?

We welcome all of Europes wheel resellers to become dealers of the PDW brand. You can become a dealer here, BECOME A DEALER. Once you submit your information, a representative from PDW Europe will be in contact with you via email with your login and password details.

4. What if i have a problem during the shopping stage?

5. What is the price for PDW wheels?

Once you become an authorised PDW dealer, you will have access to exclusive dealer pricing and specials. All will be displayed clearly for you to see once you log in to the shop section of the site. Special discounts apply for larger orders.

6. How do I get the wheels delivered to me?

During the shopping period, freight will automatically be calculated and included in your checkout invoice total. You will note the cost of freight will decrease dramatically if order is more than 8 wheels. Once order and payment is received, wheels will be dispatched the following day.

7. How do I get the best price for my order?

We have a built pricing register for orders. The more you order in 1 transaction, the larger your discount. Refer to the website for details.

8. If I am not a wheel reseller, where can I buy PDW wheels? What will be my price?

PDW does not sell directly to the end user but is available to purchase from your local wheel reseller or retail store. The price of the wheels can be supplied to you by your local dealer.

10. Whats the best way to clean my wheels?

Wheels are best cleaned when they are cold, using only water and soap (avoid alcohol, solvents, gasoline, etc.). Ensure to use a soft sponges and avoid using brushes or other abrasive equipment as they are likely to scratch the clear protective coating. You should clean your PDW wheels frequently, particularly in winter to remove chemicals, brake dust and dirt.

11. How do harsh weather conditions affect my wheels?

Driving in a harsh climate (harsh European winters) and on rough surfaces can negatively effect the appearance of your wheels.
We recommend to those using alloy wheels through harsh winter conditions, to clean the wheels frequently. Removing the build up of chemicals that are used on the roads that can cause corrosion to the wheels is very important. The chemicals used on the roads can be extremely corrosive and can effect the protective clear coating on your wheels.

12. What are the best type of wheels for harsh winter conditions?

We recommend choosing a fully painted wheel during harsh winter driving. Fully painted wheel will hold up better to the corrosive chemicals used to prevent roads from freezing.
